01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Seline (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated where practical. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

02What Seline provides

Seline is a personal AI agent platform. When you set up an agent, we provision an isolated container that runs a personal agent on your behalf, connects to the accounts you configure (such as a Telegram bot), and uses the model provider credentials you supply.

Seline orchestrates your agent, but the intelligence is powered by third-party model providers using API keys that you bring. The quality, availability, and cost of model responses depend on those providers.

03Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

04Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for the instructions you give your agent and for the accounts, keys, and integrations you connect to it. You agree to use only credentials you are authorized to use.

You agree not to use Seline to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or abuse, attempt to compromise the Service or other users’ containers, or generate content that is illegal or harmful. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect (for example, Telegram and your model provider).

05Bring-your-own keys and third-party services

Seline lets you connect third-party services and supply your own API keys. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. You are responsible for any usage, fees, or limits those providers impose.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or content of third-party services. Storing a key with us does not transfer ownership or responsibility for how the underlying provider operates.

06AI-generated output

Your agent produces output automatically and can act on your behalf when you instruct it to. AI systems can be wrong, incomplete, or unpredictable. You should review important actions and not rely on the Service for decisions that require professional, legal, financial, or medical judgment.

By design, your agent asks for confirmation before taking actions that are destructive or outward-facing. You remain responsible for the actions you authorize.

07Availability and early access

Seline may be offered as an early-access or beta service. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We aim for high availability, including for always-on agents, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance that affects availability.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seline and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

09Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we need to for security, legal, or operational reasons.

On termination, your agent container and associated data may be decommissioned. Where feasible, we’ll give you a chance to export or remove your data first.
