Privacy Policy

How Seline collects, uses, and protects your data — in plain language.

01Our approach to privacy

Seline handles your API keys and personal context, so privacy is central to how it’s built. Each user gets an isolated agent container, secrets are stored encrypted, and access is gated by an allowlist you control.

This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, reach out — we’d rather explain than leave you guessing.

02Information we collect

Account information: the details you provide when you sign up, such as your email address, used to create and secure your account.

Configuration and secrets: the values you add to run your agent, such as a Telegram bot token, an allowlist of usernames, and model provider API keys. These are stored encrypted.

Agent data: the conversations, tasks, reminders, and context your agent works with. This lives inside your personal container.

Operational data: basic logs and metrics needed to run the Service reliably and to diagnose problems, such as error events and timing information.

03How your data is isolated and encrypted

Your agent runs in a container dedicated to you. Your data and secrets are not shared with other users’ agents.

Secrets such as API keys and bot tokens are encrypted at rest and injected into your agent when it runs. They are not displayed back to you in plain text once saved, and we design our systems to avoid logging secret values.

04How we use your data

We use your data to provide the Service: to run your agent, execute the tasks you ask for, deliver messages through the integrations you connect, and keep your account secure.

We use operational data to maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

05Third-party services

When you connect a model provider (such as OpenRouter, Sarvam, NVIDIA, or Cerebras) or a messaging platform (such as Telegram), your agent exchanges data with those services to do its job. The content you send through your agent may be processed by the model provider you chose, under their privacy terms.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect, since your use of them is governed by their terms.

06Cookies and local storage

Seline uses only essential cookies and browser storage — the minimum needed to make the product work. These include a session cookie that keeps you signed in and functional preferences such as your light or dark theme and your dashboard sidebar state.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. Because these are strictly necessary or functional, they don’t require consent — but you can clear them at any time through your browser settings. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we’ll ask for your consent first.

07Data retention

Your agent’s conversation history and context are retained inside your container to give it useful memory. Older history is periodically compacted into checkpoints to keep the agent fast and relevant.

You can clear your agent’s memory or delete your data at your discretion. When you delete your account, we decommission your container and remove associated data, subject to any limited retention required for legal or security reasons.

08Your choices and rights

You control who can talk to your agent via the allowlist, which integrations are connected, and which secrets are stored. You can update or remove these at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we’ll help you exercise them.

09Security

We use isolation, encryption, and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we design Seline to minimize exposure — especially of the sensitive credentials you trust us with.

If we ever become aware of a breach that affects you, we will act to contain it and notify you as required by applicable law.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, aim to notify you where practical.
